曾任文化部中国展览交流中心出展处编辑，副处长、中心副主任，二级美术师。作品数十次入选国内外画展，台湾艺术研究院院士。

画作代表为世界上最大的架上油画 《纪元1978-牛市》

Mr. Wan once served as editor, deputy director, and deputy director of the exhibition office of the China Exhibition and Exchange Center of the Ministry of Culture.

His works have been selected for domestic and international exhibitions dozens of times and he is a member of the Taiwan Academy of Arts.
His most famous work is the "Era 1978 - The Bull Market", which is the world's largest oil painting on the shelf.
